McKee Treaty 2, 1790

Established in 1790

This treaty involves the counties of Essex, Kent, Elgin, Middlesex, and Lambton. It involves the Ottawa, Potawatomi, Chippewa and Huron Nations living in the area of Detroit. It was signed with King George III who agreed to pay £1,200 Halifax currency in valuable merchandise and wares.
